Vehicle and Pedestrian Traffic 1. All the participants to the traffic in the Wholesale Market area are bound to observe the rules of traffic code as well as the instructions of appropriate order-keeping services. 2. Roads, gates, and fire equipment in the area of Wholesale Market should not be blocked by parked vehicles. Special regulations All the users of the Wholesale Market are bound to observe current hygienic-sanitary regulations and to respect the instructions given in this scope by authorised services including giving access to hired area. Other Conditionings 1. In the area of the Wholesale Market only the activity defined in the regulations of functioning or the activity approved by the Governing Body. 2. Warszawski Rolno-Spożywczy Rynek Hurtowy SA takes no responsibility for damages resulting from Wholesale Market exploitation, if the damages are not caused by fault operation of the Wholesale Market; it concerns, in particular, the damages resulted in connection with vehicle and pedestrian traffic, electric power supply and conveying and draining water. 3.
